We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing engineer to join our steadily growing client in Baranya County.


What a typical day looks like:

  • Well understand the Work Instructions and other production documentation from the HQ and provide training to production employees in order to have the production carried out at required standards.
  • Seek continuous improvement of production processes and methods, keep documentation updated and implement them.
  • Develop production process diagram if needed.
  • Prepare Work Instructions if needed.
  • Support all for quality topics and continuous improvement activities.
  • Provide input to DFMEA and keep PFMEA template updated.
  • Create, maintain and improve routing, standard hour and efficiency target of product.
  • Fulfill and lead machine tests, and lead problem solving activities.
  • Production line set up.
  • Another assignments on manufacturing engineering work.

The experience we're looking for:

  • College degree or above in mechanical engineering. Minimum 3 years working experience.
  • Understanding of engineering theory and principles of design.
  • Good at visual thinking and skillful.
  • Proactive, problem-solving skills.
  • Be a team player, including the ability to communicate well with others.
  • Adhere to strict safety, quality and production standards.
  • Negotiation level of English besides native Hungarian.
  • Mastery of computer tools (MS Office).
