Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client in Pécsvárad, who is involved in the production of clay products. They mainly manufacture for abroad, specializing in outdoor clay pots and wine storage amphorae.

Tasks:

· Arrange transportations, provide logistics services based on the orders of the clients,

· Follow up transportation, solve and report arising problems,

· Manage related administrative tasks,

· Communicate and negotiate with subcontractors and clients,

· Report tasks and progress on regular basis

· Follow up production progress,

· Maintain the flow of communication between production and logistics

Expectations:

· Secondary school degree required.

· Work proficiency

· At least intermediate level in English, both in verbal and written form

· Native or professional Hungarian knowledge

· Familiarity with all Microsoft Office Applications especially with Microsoft Excel

· Willingness to learn our operation

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines

· Reliability, accuracy, ability to work under pressure

Advantage:

· Experience with Microsoft Business Central

· Experience in Logistics and transport organization

· Second foreign language
