Our partner company is looking for a new colleague for the
position of a payroll specialist. Since 1951, the company has completed more
than 250 mega-infrastructure and superstructure projects on 4 continents and
about 33 countries. Thanks to thes successfully done projects, the company is
considered to have a leading role in the construction industry worldwide. We
are looking for a colleague for their newly established Hungarian subsidiary,
who can take care of the payroll tasks of the company's internal employees.
Tasks of the new colleague
- Manage the entire payroll process end-to-end
- Administration related tot he entry of new employees an the exit of employees
- Preparing employment contract
- Submitting monthly payroll reports to authorities
- HR team support
- Preparation of monthly reports tot he management
They have the following requirements
- 3-5 years experience in payroll operations
- BSc degree or equivalent
- Kulcs-Soft Payroll Program knowledge
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Working hours: Monday -Saturday (08:00 – 17:00)
