Feladatok/Tasks

• Filing all types of Tax returns . ( Corporate Tax , VAT, Local Tax, Innovation Cont. Tax, Environment Tax Ect.)
  
• Accurate & timely preparation of monthly reports and analysis.
• Accurate financial and management reporting on a periodic basis.
• Manage, lead and direct the A/P function.
• Ensure timely payment, reporting and management of all suppliers.
• Preparing daily bank reporst and reconciliation.
  
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  
• Preparing monthly withholding tax filling
• Assign entries to proper accounts.
• Promote third party  relations by displaying a positive attitude,
  
• Reporting of damages to property and equipment failure.
  
• Comply with all Government legislation and Dogus Insaat ve Ticare AS policies and procedures.
  
• Follow up tax legislation
  
• Preparing Monthly reconciliation reports  with suppliers and subcontractors
  
• Preparation of documentation for audit reviews
  
• Recording Invoices to the payment log
  
• Keep up date the supplier and Subcontractors` Commercial Documents log
• Maintain Fixed Assets charts and prepare monthly depreciation
  
• Recoding and posting Invoices to SAP
  
• Preparation of monthly prepaid.
• Checking and accruing monthly open PO
• Reconciliation of accounts payable control account

They have the following requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• BSc degree or equivalent
• SZÁMLÁZZ software SAP Software knowledge
• Intermediate English kowledge
• Working hours: Monday - Saturday (08:00 - 17:00)
